NEW BUSINESS
 
The Committee reviewed and discussed accomplishments over the past two years, the current Strategic Plan, and the goals of the Strategic Plan update. Consultant Amanda Standerfer facilitated conversations around strategic directions, including building community connections, lifelong literacy, being future-ready, and agile; staff and Board goals and intended impact; reviewing the Library’s vision and mission; setting priorities; and the next steps in the strategic planning process.
