NEW BUSINESS
 
The Committee reviewed an email that was sent by a staff member to the chair of the Personnel Committee regarding the cost of living increases since 2020. The Committee again reviewed the proposed personnel requests for FY 2024-2025, with recommended changes implemented from the previous meeting. Executive Director Miskewitch recommended a 6% increase for all eligible staff in lieu of all other budgetary requests for the FY and what the budget can support this upcoming year. Trustee Forte and Trustee Seyring agreed to bring forth this recommendation to the Finance Committee for our budgetary discussions. 

Director of Finance Elizabeth Valenziano will work to obtain more information on and from IMRF after personnel changes are approved for the new FY.
