NEW BUSINESS
 
The Committee reviewed and discussed government efficiency studies, policies, and the draft of the Decennial Report. Executive Director Miskewitch requested committee contributions to the final Decennial Report, to be filed with Cook County by December 31, 2024. The Committee also discussed collaborating with local township and village agencies to increase efficiencies, avoid duplication of services, and reduce costs.

The Committee’s next meeting will be on September 16, 2024.
