CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 


Trustee/Committee Chair Seyring called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.

PUBLIC COMMENT


None


NEW BUSINESS 


Executive Director Miskewitch reviewed the purpose and structure of the Decennial Committee meeting. The first meeting is an organizational meeting to set up deadlines for next steps. The main outcome is to write a report of recommendations that will be filed with the county after we review our own and other local government policies, procedures, rules, ordinances as a means of exploring partnerships and efficiencies in government.


COMMITTEE MEMBER DISCUSSION 


The Decennial Committee members discussed scheduling future meetings ahead of the August and November regular board meetings.


ADJOURNMENT  


Trustee Forte moved and Trustee Bernas seconded the meeting adjourn at 5:52 P.M.

 

The motion passed unanimously.
