STATEGIC PLANNING RETREAT

The Board reviewed the Learning Report with Fast Forward Libraries Consultant, Amanda Standerfer. Amanda facilitated conversations around strategic directions under the categories of connector/access, engagement, future ready, and culture; goals and intended impact; reviewing the vision and mission; setting priorities; and next steps in the strategic planning process.

ADJOURNMENT

Trustee Mueller moved and Trustee Pye seconded the meeting adjourn at 1:32P.M.

The motion passed unanimously.
