Village of Schaumburg

The Village of Schaumburg offers many services to seniors including reduced fare cards for the DART system, a taxi subsidy, subsidized lunch, as well as many activities, at the Schaumburg Barn. Through the Nursing Division, services include flu clinics, medical equipment loan, and in-home care.

Village of Hoffman Estates

The Village of Hoffman Estates offers many services to seniors through the Health & Human Services division. Services include adult vaccines, medical equipment loan, lipid and glucose screening, and many others. Hoffman Estates seniors are welcome to take advantage of the services and programs offered at the Schaumburg Barn.

Schaumburg Township

The Schaumburg Township offers many services to seniors. Services include legal assistance, RTA passes, home visits, and tax assistance. Through the Township Riders Initiative Program (TRIP) the Township will provide transportation to seniors and persons with disabilities for medical reasons.

Metropolitan Asian Family Services

Metropolitan Asian Family Services is a multicultural organization providing services to individuals and families from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, The Middle East, and European countries. There are also programs available to seniors including a hot meal program, outreach, health education screenings, social activities, ESL classes, computer training and immigrant assistance. Transportation is available.

The Health and Human Services provides a variety of services for seniors/families/disabled. Some services include flu clinics, medical equipment loans, counseling and senior programs.
