COMMITTEE REPORTS
The Disciplinary Committee responded to an appeal from patron Jordan Antonov Sahattchieve regarding his exclusion from the Library facilities and services for a period of three months as determined by Executive Director Miskewitch. The Disciplinary Committee meeting met on May 25, 2023. After review of documentation and statements regarding the incident on March 30, 2023, which lead to the exclusion of Mr. Sahattchieve, it is the recommendation of the Committee to uphold the exclusion.
NEW BUSINESS
Trustee Bernas moved and Trustee Pye seconded that:
The Library Board approve the recommended action from the Disciplinary Committee to uphold the decision from Executive Director Miskewitch regarding the patron exclusion from the facilities and services from Schaumburg Township District Library for three months ending July 1, 2023.
