Live Well, Be Well (6 session program)
This program is geared to anyone with a chronic health condition such as asthma, diabetes, arthritis, hypertension or heart disease, or anyone living with someone who has a chronic health condition. The Stanford University-developed program covers a wide variety of topics geared toward managing chronic illness. Instructors are Cindy McCune and duRee Bryant from the Village of Schaumburg Department of Community Services. Participant commitment is for 6 sessions in 6 consecutive weeks. While the textbook is free for the duration of the class, it may be purchased afterward for $15. **REGISTRATION REQUIRED.**

Stress Management Through the Tao
Learn how to manage mental and physical stress by applying Taoist concepts and remedies. Dr. Sam Chin explores Chinese philosophical concepts, and shows them at work as effective stress management tools. **REGISTRATION REQUIRED.**
